Principal Business Analyst
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Data? Join Sunwater as a Principal Business Analyst where you will play a vital role in providing quality assurance and peer reviews of key business analysis deliverables, ensuring that all outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance. You will lead business analysis activities on projects that are large in scale, complex in nature, or carry significant risk, ensuring that all analysis activities are thorough, accurate, and effectively support project objectives.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic outcomes of business analysis practices within the organisation, ensuring that methodologies and approaches align to best practice
* Contribute to organisational capability uplift through insight and analysis to inform and shape the organisation's strategic direction, ensuring that business analysis contributes meaningfully to achieving strategic goals.
* Develop and implement standardised analysis frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits, ensuring consistency and quality across all business analysis activities within Sunwater
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or business, equivalent experience, and Business Analyst certification (CBAP or PMI‐PBA) or equivalent industry experience.
* Influence: Influence business and IT leadership through thought leadership, providing expert insights and recommendations that drive informed decision‐making and strategic alignment.
* Strategic vision: Ability to design and deliver strategies and programmes across the business.
* Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team.
