Senior Manager, Consulting Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Consulting Services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, developing business strategies, and driving results.
This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services to clients, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
* Oversee and assist engagement managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
Sales Support:
* Support the RFP response and pursuit process for consulting work.
* Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
Team Leadership:
* Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
* Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience leading a virtual team.
* Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.
