**The Role:**
A permanent shift is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support high-quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Kapara in Glenelg South.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to undertake nursing assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate reviews.
This ensures that Residents have a good life through interventions promoting independence and decision-making by individuals.
**Shift Details:**
Available shifts: 0700 to 1530, 56 hours a fortnight.
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct assessments, reviews, and coordinate care plans and nursing interventions for residents.
* Support the utmost wellbeing of residents.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including family members, Doctors, Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers, and Allied Health Professionals.
**About You**
We are looking for a talented and passionate Nurse who wants to make the most of their expertise, thrive on the challenge of providing quality care, and do what they do best.
* Demonstrate significant experience as an RN.
* Maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* High level of clinical competence.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Requirements:**
* A nursing qualification and current registered nurse registration with AHPRA.
* To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
* A satisfactory police clearance for aged care, less than 12 months old before commencement.
