We are now seeking a Property Manager; a pivotal role to ensuring excellence in the management of our existing rental portfolio.
The Role
Full Time (Mon-Fri + occasional weekend and after-hours as needed)
Property Management / Client Relations:
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, repairs, arrears, and tenant screening.
* Be the key contact for landlords and tenants, delivering clear communication and professional service.
* Provide accurate financial reporting to owners.
About You
* QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
* Proven experience in property management or leasing (2+ years preferred).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
* Target-driven with strong organisational skills.
* Confident with property software, CRMs, and digital tools.
* Local knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
