About the Role
This senior commercial leadership role is accountable for driving growth across the transportation fluids Aftermarket channel, with a strong emphasis on Thermal Management solutions - including coolants for on-road, off-road, and stationary engines. You will lead a talented sales team, shape and execute channel strategy, and play a pivotal role in advancing high-growth opportunities in emerging markets. This position combines strategic direction, P&L responsibilities, people leadership, and hands-on customer engagement within a fast-paced, technically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Execute the sales strategy for the division, including market segmentation, channel strategy, pricing direction, and go-to-market plans. Identify new markets, product opportunities, and competitive advantages.
* Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver commercial outcomes.
* Revenue & Profitability Management: Own the division's P&L. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and margin management.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in senior B2B sales or sales leadership roles
* Background in Chemical fluids, Automotive aftermarket or Consumer fluids, Industrial, or other technical product categories (preferred)
* Strong capability in strategic account management and channel development
* Skilled at leading diverse sales personalities and holding teams accountable
* Comfortable operating in dynamic, less‐structured environments and influencing outcomes
* Confident presenting to senior decision‐makers and working cross‐functionally
