About The Role
We're seeking a Designer/ Architect to join our team and contribute to the design delivery of high‐quality projects with a particular focus on construction detailing. In this role, you'll support the team in the design and delivery of an international airport.
What You'll Do
* Work across all project phases - from early concept to final delivery
* Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and develop the design and documentation in response to stakeholder requirements
* Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
* Work closely with senior project architects to preserve design intent from concept to completion
* Present ideas clearly - visually, verbally and in writing
* Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Receive mentorship and support, working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What You'll Bring
* Minimum of 3 years post‐graduate (M.Arch) experience
* Prior experience working across all stages of large‐scale projects
* Well‐developed Revit and documentation skills
* Proficiency in Rhino and 3D modelling to support design development and visualisation
* Creative problem‐solving and a methodical, proactive approach
* Design excellence in all you do, from project inception to completion
* A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
