Your Role & Responsibilities
* Strategic Campaigns: Plan and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing with a data-driven approach.
* Client Success Management: Serve as the go-to expert for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met (and exceeded).
* Performance Optimization: Analyze data, generate insights, and maximize campaign ROI.
* Operational Efficiency: Use tools like Go High Level, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Spreadsheets to streamline processes and keep projects on track.
What You Bring
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or Digital Media Account Manager role.
* Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience acquisition strategies.
* Strong analytical skills – you thrive on data and can turn insights into action.
* Team leadership & collaboration – confident in managing accounts and working closely with others.
* Proficiency with marketing & project management tools (Go High Level, Slack, Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
