The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of trust and office accounting functions. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with trust account regulations.
Duties include:
* Manage all trust accounting functions, including reconciliations, receipts and payments
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Oversee debtor management and follow up
* Complete EOM reporting and assist with daily financial operations
* Support the Finance Manager with general accounting and administrative tasks
You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years accounting experience within the legal industry
* Strong trust accounting knowledge & experience
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Sound understanding of accounting processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
