Guest Service Agent to join our welcoming Reception team at Mantarays Ningaloo in Exmouth, WA. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team member who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
* As the first friendly face guests see, greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
* Handle reservations and process payments, contributing to a relaxed, enjoyable, and seamless stay
* Collaborate with all resort departments to support a positive guest experience
* Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism
What We're Looking For
* A positive, professional attitude and polished presentation
* A natural flair for guest service and a warm, welcoming approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Experience with RMS Cloud or similar property management systems (not essential – full training provided)
* Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A valid working visa with unrestricted rights (if applicable)
* Long-term residency and accommodation in Exmouth
