Description
Maintain and develop existing state-based Distributors and key end-user group relationships to optimise net sales and profit, quality of services and business growth. Develop/secure new business opportunities with key state-based accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported by performance-related agreements to grow volume and share with state-based reports profitably.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Field Sales Manager to develop account-specific business plans and measure performance against set standards.
2. Sell to targeted new Key accounts (Focusing on specific channels and categories).
3. Identify and lock potential new key accounts.
4. Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into an agreement with company policies and budget.
5. Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow up on the implementation at the operational level.
6. Develop and work with state-based key accounts and internal units to create tailored product solutions and JBPs.
7. Monitor performance and compliance to the agreement, taking corrective action where appropriate
8. Communicate information regarding forecasting, opportunity pipeline, NPDs, Price, and market intel to the National Field Sales and other key internal stakeholders.
9. Drive growth and a business development culture, secure Anchor customers for successful NPD launches
10. Act as a strategic partner of Commercial Leadership to provide business/market insights and defined actions based upon interactions with the field and interpretation of data.
11. Effectively use and engage with CRM software.
12. Perform assigned tasks by all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
13. Uphold Kraft Heinz values and work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision.
About you:
14. Sales experience at a state-based and account management level
15. Minimum 2 years sales experience in an FMCG company
16. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for sales
17. High commercial and sales acumen
18. Foodservice & FMCG-related background
19. Account management
20. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (critically excel)
21. Understanding of CRM tools
22. Negotiation skills and professional communication
