Clinical Nurse - Aged Care - 90 mins West of Brisbane
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse ready to step up!
* 90 minutes West of Brisbane
* Full-time option - Monday - Friday AM Shift
* Part-time option - 2 days per week - normal business hours
* Working alongside another Clinical Nurse and Clinical Manager
* Fantastic Head Office Support in terms of Funding and Quality Compliance specialists
* $54-$56 per hour + super + penalties

About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality clinical care across the home. You will support and mentor nursing and care staff, contribute to care planning, lead clinical decision-making and champion best practice in aged care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to RN's, EEN's and AIN's
* Oversee and support the delivery of safe, person-centred care
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care plan development
* Monitor residents' health status and implement clinical interventions where required
* Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external providers
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least 5 years experience as an Aged Care RN in Australia
* Previous experience stepping up into a CN role to cover leave
* Must have solid knowledge of the new Aged Care Standards
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* The ability to lead, mentor and support a diverse care team
* Excellent communication, organisational and documentation abilities
