We are seeking an Account Manager to assign to one of our major accounts within Digital61. We are an Australian owned and operated Managed Service Provider and Cloud Partner.
Leverage your skill in being able to identify potential opportunities within an existing client base of Australian Federal Government agencies.

Responsibilities

* Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud design and architecture solution solutions space.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored cloud solutions.
* Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to design and present cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, Salesforce or hybrid environments. \
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are met.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on cloud technology trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
* Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to client requirements.
Your Experience
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within IT consulting, cloud services, or technology solutions.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and Salesforce), including infrastructure, delivery and migration.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster long-term client relationships and drive customer success.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer challenges and design appropriate cloud solutions.
* Self-Motivation: Driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Your Credentials
* Experience selling Azure, AWS, Cyber Security and wholistic IT Service Management solutions to government and commercial enterprise.
* Understanding of cloud architectures, security best practices, and modern IT environments.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) are advantageous.
