Project Finance Coordinator Role
The finance coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of our organization, ensuring timely and accurate project financial data, efficient team performance, and effective billing processes. This includes:
* Transaction maintenance and transfer through project detail.
* Timesheet administration to ensure weekly entry and approval of timesheets and labor costs for the project team.
* Billing process support including pre-bills, billing maintenance, invoice generation, and timely issuance to clients.
* Progress claims submission to clients.
* Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly project reporting.
* Delivering training on systems and process to project teams.
* Assisting project managers with complex project data tasks, issues, and reconciliations.
About the Role
* A certificate IV in finance or related area is desirable but not essential.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
* Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial.
* Proven experience in similar roles is highly valued.
* Great communication skills and ability to work across teams are essential.
