Key Responsibilities:
* Handle telephone calls and customer enquiries
* Meet and greet clients in a welcoming manner
* Provide high-quality administrative assistance
* Enter data accurately and efficiently
* Prepare packs for landlords, tenants, and sales teams
* Support with preparing office documentation and materials
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Perform other tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience is not necessary, but you should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

* Intermediate to advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
