About the Role
In this customer‑focused role, you’ll support clients with product information, order processing, and technical enquiries—while helping to drive customer satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing fast, accurate product and technical information to support customer needs.
* Processing quotes, sales orders, and customer requests with precision and efficiency.
* Presenting pricing, credit, and terms aligned with Acu‑Tech policies and customer value.
* Helping customers understand product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
* Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers, ensuring clear updates on orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
* Resolving customer issues by identifying the cause, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely follow‑through.
* Proactively reaching out to customers through telemarketing and follow‑up activities.
* Maintaining solid product and service knowledge to respond confidently to enquiries.
* Checking in post‑purchase to gather feedback and address concerns promptly.
* Identifying customer needs and recommending product or service improvements to support continuous growth.
* Keeping customer profiles accurate and up to date in the CRM.
* Preparing data‑driven reports to support product and service insights.
What You’ll Bring
* At least 2–3 years of experience in civil, industrial, technical product sales, or a related field.
* CRM experience - Sales/Customer Service training or courses are an advantage.
* Experience using Exonet is favourable but not essential.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, positive, “can‑do” attitude with a strong customer focus.
