What is the role?
We're seeking a Fashion Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office.
In this role, you'll support the brand's creative vision by delivering trend-aware fashion designs that elevate product desirability, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance market performance.
What You'll be doing
As ourFashion Designer you'll:
* Design innovative and original garments
* Select premium fabrics and trims
* Create accurate garment sketches and range boards
* Oversee final fittings and product approvals
* Collaborate with Product Developers
* Conduct regular market research and trend forecasting
* Provide daily fabric and trim approvals
* Ensure consistency and originality across all designs
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who has:
* A bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field
* 3 years' experience in Fashion Designer or similar role
* Understanding of garment construction and fitting processes
* Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
* Upper-Intermediate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
* Technical drawing skills
