**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute preventative maintenance procedures and respond to reactive maintenance requests
- Utilize the Bene Network system to manage and document tasks
- Provide on-call support and cover laundry shifts as needed, including weekends and public holidays
- Communicate maintenance issues requiring external assistance to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards
