We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in West Perth, on a full-time basis. Reporting to our WA Financial Controller, you will be part of a supportive and high-performing team making a real difference in the aged care sector.

* This role involves supporting account management and processing of supplier invoices, monitoring daily cash and reconciliations; while also liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, financial controllers and home teams. You will manage:
* Daily cash receipts
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Petty cash distribution
* Weekly payments
You will bring a strong competency in managing different payment systems, aptitude for figures, relevant tertiary qualification and association registration. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills are essential, as well as ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. National Police Clearance and 2025 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain) are also required. Full working rights in Australia are necessary for this position.
