We are a small team of 12 Shopfitters, Cabinet Makers and Carpenters. We cover all aspects of Joinery, Cabinetry & Building from Commercial Fitouts to High End Residential Joinery. We are an enthusiastic company with plenty of room for internal growth.
We are looking for a Factory Foreman that's comfortable with a bit of freedom to help grow and streamline a workshop.
Qualifications & experience
* Cert 3 in cabinet making / shopfitting / joinery
* Trade qualifications preferred
* Candidates are expected to have a passion for excellence & quality
* Ability to work autonomously while being supported by the team
Tasks & responsibilities
* Coordination with the Production manager for residential and commercial fitout joinery
* Ability to lead a small team and organise a factory
* Management of projects and timelines alongside the Production manager
* Ability to construct and manufacture cabinetry & joinery
* Oversee quality and standards of joinery leaving the factory
