About the Position
As a Business Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business innovation through digital technology that will significantly transform the way the human resource, payroll and finance function operates.
The Business Configuration Analyst will work with Business Solutions Partner to understand how HRP and Finance functions can evolve into an agile operating model. The role will perform data analytics and provide insightful report(s) to stakeholders for decision-making. The role will provide business and process analysis through data gathering to build the foundation for continuous business improvement.
The Business Configuration Analyst will work with other corporate systems stakeholders to ensure that integration and automation can be achieved to the highest extent possible across corporate ICT business systems. The role will also provide technical support in troubleshooting software and configuration-related issues for supported Technology1 HRP and Finance systems.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* Good knowledge of IT skills, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking, and security.
* Proficiency in various technical aspects of human resource and payroll systems, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of system security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain strong security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Proficiency in supporting business intelligence needs including experience in business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights to facilitate business decision making.
* Excellent communication abilities, with a track record of effectively engaging stakeholders of varying technical ability or subject matter expertise.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $96,559 - $105,992 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $112,974 - $124,010 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
