About the Role

* Keep customers informed about repair status and ensure timely completion.

* Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs.
* Support cashiering and inform customers of stock arrivals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer-focused retail or high-volume administration roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a customer service champion.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows efficiently.
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is desirable.
