Senior Clinical Research Associate
The role of the Senior Clinical Research Associate is to provide expert clinical research support and leadership to ICONs clients. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading study teams and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical research support to clients, including development and implementation of study protocols, case report forms, and data management plans.
* Lead study teams to ensure the successful delivery of studies, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of GCP regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
