We are looking for a remarkable Executive Assistant to join our team and support our CEO in leading GMHBA through an exciting and ambitious journey to fulfil our purpose to support and empower our communities to live healthier lives.
**About the role**
This role supports a smart, ambitious, and enthusiastic CEO who prides himself on building high-performing and fun-loving teams. The role can be either full time or part time 0.8 FTE.

The position requires someone who can seamlessly balance a variety of tasks, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a thriving work culture. We highly value good judgement, diplomacy, high standards and resourcefulness.
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive leader, ideally supporting Executive Team and Board interactions.
- Demonstrated high level administration experience including diary management and scheduling, budget oversight, report and correspondence preparation.
- Experience operating in complex, dynamic and evolving environments, where you have gracefully managed competing priorities.
- Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to diplomatically engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels,
- Superior attention to detail and a high level of initiative and proactivity
- A genuine love for working collaboratively with others and contributing to the success of the team.
