Full‑Time Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct service calls for repair and installation of domestic whitegoods, such us Fridges, Washing machines, Dryers, Dishwasher and more.
* Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers.
* Complete workshop‑based repairs and maintenance.
* Maintain detailed documentation of appliance details, repairs, and parts usage.
* Engage in new appliance sales opportunities with customers.
* Handle physical aspects of appliance installation and removal.
Key Qualifications
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Team collaboration abilities
* Current Police Clearance
* Physical fitness for lifting and moving appliances
* Commitment to full‑time, long‑term employment
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service
Territory Coverage
We service Perth Metro areas. Our scheduling approach prioritises starting your day close to home and working strategically towards our workshop in Osborne Park for efficient restocking and planning.
