About the Role
Join our team as a Service Administrator supporting our Atlas Copco brand.
In this fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you'll ensure all service-related documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with our standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Service Manager and Service Supervisor by handling customer calls, asking the right questions to enable accurate and timely responses
Submit all warranty repair orders within 14 days of job completion
Manage the full invoice-processing workflow, including opening and closing service jobs
Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring timely approval for payment
Prepare customer quotes using the Reynolds & Reynolds system
Liaise with sublet contractors to coordinate work and confirm service details
Allocate technicians' hours to repair orders accurately
Complete weekly timesheets and maintain organised, up-to-date filing
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements
Ensure all tasks comply with relevant OH&S requirements
What You'll Bring
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated experience providing administration support within a mechanical or technical service department
Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers
Experience using the Reynolds & Reynolds system (highly regarded)
Ability to generate service reports and interpret system data
Commitment to following company policies and working to high accuracy standards
