About The Role
We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our portfolio of well-known household brands to life across multiple touchpoints.
Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager and working as part of a team of 7 graphic designers, this role is ideal for a designer with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a wide range of projects, from retail campaigns and packaging to digital content and brand communications.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design and product teams to deliver creative that is both visually compelling and strategically aligned with our brand objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on nationally recognised brands and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns seen across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering high-quality creative assets across print, digital, retail and packaging channels
* Collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop creative solutions that support campaign and product launches
* Maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands within the AMES portfolio
* Creating marketing material including catalogues, POS materials, digital ads, social content and presentations
* Preparing artwork for production and managing files for print and digital outputs
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure creative meets campaign objectives and deadlines
* Contributing creative ideas and visual concepts to support brand storytelling and customer engagement
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Skills And Experience
* 4+ years' experience in a Graphic Designer or similar creative role
* A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across print and digital design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Experience designing retail, packaging, campaign or marketing collateral
* Excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare artwork for production
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
* A proactive attitude with the ability to take creative ownership of projects
