About The Role
AtSportsbet,we'repassionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our customers, andwe'relooking for people who share that energy.We'rehiring permanent full-time Customer Service Advisors to join ourDarwin-based Contact Centre, whereyou'llbe at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport.
As a Customer Service Advisor,you'llbe part of a high-performing team that supports customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.You'llhandle betting inquiries, process inbound telephone bets, and solve customer problems with speed, empathy, and attention to detail.You'llalso collaborate with teams across Payments, Security, Safer Gambling, and more, making you a go-to source foraccurateinformation and exceptional service.
This is a permanent full-time position. Rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons.
Please note:
**You must be available for3 weeks of full-time training starting18
th
November 2025(training includes Saturdays).**

WhatYou'llDo:
- Handle betting inquiries and customer support across phone, email, and live chat
- Process inbound telephone bets with accuracy and efficiency
- Solve customer problems with a focus on detail and great outcomes
- Log clear, concise notes in our customer database
- Stay up to date on bet types, key events, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Adapt to extra duties and upskilling opportunities across customer service
WhatWe'reLooking For:
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa thatpermitsfull-time work
- Previouscustomer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- Solid verbal communication skills for this phone-based role
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Commitment to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
