Job Description
The Bar and Bistro Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that the Bar and Bistro operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and client requirements.
This includes mentoring, coaching, and developing the onsite team, actively overseeing the success of contract KPIs, and maintaining a safe work environment.
The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as effective operational and service management.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to lead a team of 10
* Understanding of catering preferred
* Comprehensive understanding of hospitality services
* Strong problems-solving skills
* Experience in performance management and appraisals
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop the team
* Effective communication skills at all levels, client-facing and internal
* Intermediate computer and tech skills
* Experience in ordering, stock-take, and reporting
* Food safety and hygiene training
