Job Overview
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our team covering the Bunbury region.
The primary responsibility of this position is to promote the sales of our construction equipment range.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Performance: Manage relationships with existing customers within the territory, seek out new sales opportunities through daily cold calling and prospecting for new business.
* Marketing Activities: Conduct general marketing, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
* Reporting and Analysis: Accurately report on current and prospective activity, growth potential, market analysis, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
* KPIs: Meet market share expectations and other key performance indicators provided by Management.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience and success in promoting construction equipment.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous employment in a similar position or industry is preferred but not essential.
* Customer Focus: A genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer needs.
* Sales Drive: Motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strategic Thinking: Strategic and analytical capability to assess value and make informed decisions.
* Communication Skills: Confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills.
* Autonomy: Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
