About the Role
As our Draftsperson, you will:
* Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for refrigeration and chilling systems, mechanical components, frames, pipework layouts, and assemblies.
* Prepare fabrication and manufacturing drawings with clear specifications and documentation.
* Support engineering with P\&IDs, schematics, and system layouts.
* Develop installation and site layout drawings for customer projects.
* Maintain revision control and uphold drafting quality standards.
* Work closely with engineers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure practical and manufacturable designs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, CAD library development, and digital engineering initiatives.
* Ensure WHS requirements are reflected in all design outputs.
About You
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience as a Draftsperson within manufacturing, engineering, refrigeration, fabrication, or a related industry.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD platforms.
* Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
* Experience with sheet metal, structural fabrication, or pipework drafting (advantageous).

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
