Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a mature, professional approach are essential to succeed in this role
Key responsibilities
* Document preparation, correspondence and mail management
* Assisting with collations and administrative support with proposals
* Handling client fees and maintaining client databases
* Organising workflow and coordinating internal and external events
* Managing travel arrangements and catering for various events
* Collaborating with other support staff and offering reception and office support relief when required
* Completing timesheets and undertaking other ad-hoc tasks/duties for the team.
