As a Partnerships Executive, you'll help grow Fusion's affiliate network by building strong relationships, driving partner performance, and creating opportunities for both our partners and the business to succeed. You'll report to the Partners Manager and work as part of a small, high performing team that collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. In your first few months, you'll build a strong understanding of our systems, tools, and partner ecosystem while finding your feet in the role and starting to make your mark. Fusion opened its doors to clients all around the world starting in mid-2019. Last year, we grew revenue and our client growth by triple digits, and we're on pace to do far more than that in 2026, outpacing our competitors who are many years older than us. What you will own.
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliate partners around the world.
* Driving conversions and optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
* Identifying new growth opportunities and taking ownership of ideas to make them happen.
* Managing incoming queries and ensuring partners feel supported and valued.
* Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to execute partnership strategies that move the needle.
* Bringing creative, data-informed ideas to the table and seeing them through to results.
What we're looking for.
* At least 1-3 years' experience in sales or partnership management (affiliate experience a plus).
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for building meaningful connections.
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other data tools.
* Experience using CRM systems and/or affiliate tracking software.
* A degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
* Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus.
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
