As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our collaborative, high performing team.

Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment processes for key roles across Main Roads Western Australia. You will guide our business areas on best practices approaches with contemporary thinking; ensuring we attract top talent in alignment with our business needs and values. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in recruitment and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate professional and effective panel discussions including in circumstances of contention.

This is a fast-paced role. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in:

* managing competing demands and prioritising workloads accordingly
* negotiating respectfully with managers and senior leaders within the organisation to ensure recruitment outcomes meet business needs
* critically analysing and recommending the most appropriate recruitment strategy/campaign to effectively recruit for specialised and technical positions
* managing candidate care throughout the recruitment process and ensuring all recruitment decisions are well documented, and consistent with the principles of merit, equity and transparency

Public sector experience is not essential for this role, applicants from the private sector with the required experience are encouraged to apply. However, applicants must demonstrate prior experience in end-to-end recruitment activities.
