Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team of sales staff
* Maintain high standards of store presentation
* Liaise with stock allocators to ensure optimal stock levels
* Prepare and monitor sales reports, rosters, and compliance metrics
About You
We are seeking someone with leadership experience who can empower their team and embody our organisational values. You should be customer-focused and able to drive sales in a retail environment. Similar experience in retail or hospitality roles is desirable, but not essential.
