Call Centre Operator |6 Month Contract $37.33 p/h super 6 month Contract (possible extensions) Parramatta or Gosford About the Role We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service and administration. Working Hours: 7 hrs per day / 35 hrs per week This position will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays on a 2 week rotating roster full time in the office. There is no WFH flexibility with this position. Key accountabilities include: Working in a fast-paced environment with peak periods from October April Upholding a great level of engagement in a virtual environment Contacting our support teams for resolution if needed Balancing phone calls and written communication via webforms Team participation and engagement Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management. Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team. Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
