Role Overview
As Senior Data Product Manager – Commercial BI, you will own the end-to-end data product experience for our B2B customers and internal stakeholders.
This role sits across two equally important dimensions:
Owning and evolving partner-facing reporting and insight products as part of our B2B product suite
Applying a curious, analytical mindset to interrogate data, uncover growth opportunities, and generate insights that inform pricing, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
You will operate at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy, ensuring insights are actionable, adopted, and commercially meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales Finance BI and Commercial Analytics products
Partner with data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting solutions
Translate complex data into clear commercial insights that inform pricing, forecasting, performance optimisation, and growth opportunities
Act as a trusted commercial partner to Sales, Product, and Finance by proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in the data
Drive adoption, usability, and impact of reporting products across customers and internal teams
Prioritise initiatives based on commercial value, customer outcomes, and strategic alignment
About You
6+ years experience in data, analytics, with ownership of reporting or insight products
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into business opportunities and recommendations
Solid understanding of BI tools (e.g. Power BI), SQL, and data models, able to engage deeply without being the primary report builder
Comfortable working with technical teams while remaining focused on business value and outcomes, and able to lean in hands-on when required to accelerate delivery or unblock progress
Curious and pragmatic about emerging BI, AI, and analytics trends and how they can enhance insight products
Advantageous Experience
Experience with forecasting models, scenario analysis, or performance outlooks
Exposure to pricing, revenue, or margin analysis in a B2B environment
Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake)
