Job Description
The Night Auditor role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service support during overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities include processing payments, managing guest information, answering phone calls, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate Transaction Processing: Process payments, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
* Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, account maintenance, and financial reporting.
* Wake-up Calls: Manage wake-up call requests and ensure that all guests are notified promptly.
* Phone Calls: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Mathematical Skills: Possess strong mathematical skills and attention to detail to accurately process transactions.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and systems, particularly property management systems.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
* Knowledge of Hotel Operations: Familiarity with hotel operations and local area to provide informed assistance to guests.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
