The Role 
Are you a passionate and experienced Rowing Coach with a desire to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of athletes? 
Join PLC for the start of our upcoming rowing season! 
As a Rowing Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing athletes and fostering a culture of excellence within our Rowing and Sports programs. Rowing Coaches are responsible for all coaching as directed by the Head Rowing Coach or Director of Sport. 
Ideally, you’ll have a strong coaching background in rowing and experience in training, mentoring and developing young people in sport. 
You’ll bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, and your caring and encouraging nature will be at the forefront of your interactions with our students. You’ll also have worked closely with teachers, students, parents and sport organisations.

Qualifications and Experience 
- Strong coaching background in rowing 
- Experience in training, mentoring and developing young people in sport 
- Ability to work closely with teachers, students, parents and sport organisations 
- Enthusiasm, drive and a caring, encouraging approach
