Sales Coordinator – 2 Year Max Term Contract
Join Crown Resorts to support our fast-paced Event & Conferences Sales team in the Meetings and Events industry.
Responsibilities
Provide strong administrative support to the Sales team with client inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and assist the Sales team with building event framework.
Be the first point of contact for potential clients and internal teams, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver joyful experiences and maintain strong relationships across the business.
Qualifications
Genuine interest in the Events and Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, think independently, and problem-solve.
