Health and Wellbeing Administrator
Join the People & Culture Team at the Daracon Group based in our Beresfield Office. This role will work under our Health & Wellbeing Manager to support all administration and activities related to health, injury management and pro‐active wellness initiatives. It is a busy, fast‐paced and challenging role with fantastic opportunity to progress into a more technical injury management role.
The Daracon Group is comprised of multiple businesses that collectively provide an effective and integrated civil construction service to a wide cross section of public and private clients. We engage in a broad range of construction activities including road, rail, concrete structures, landscaping, quarrying and mining and consistently deliver projects that exceed our client's needs and expectations. Responsibilities
* Health and Injury Management including communication and follow‐up with employees and a variety of medical providers and stakeholders
* Assist in the development, coordination and promotion of wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' physical, mental and overall wellbeing at work
* Compile medical management plans, recover‐at‐work plans and return‐to‐work plans for employees
* Collate data and provide reports to various levels of management on a weekly and monthly basis
* IR compliance regulation documentation to external companies
* Ensure various documents are completed, returned and loaded into our internal P & C system
* Provide general support to our People & Culture and Health & Wellbeing teams as required
Qualifications
* Empathy and confidentiality awareness
* Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products, with particular exposure to Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent numerical and literacy skills
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Interpersonal skills to liaise with people at a variety of levels of business to negotiate and achieve set outcomes
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Ability to work unsupervised within a fast‐paced, multi‐tasking environment
* Team player with a flexible approach to ensuring the job gets done
* Experience or exposure in workers compensation and/or injury management is an advantage
