**Key Responsibilities
* Front Desk Operations: You will be responsible for providing information and answering questions from customers, both in person and over the phone.
* Cash Handling: You will apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage transactions accurately.
* Sales and Promotions: You will promote our centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments.
* Customer Relations: You will develop and maintain good working relations with customers, promoting a positive experience at all times.
