We're looking for a collaborative and engaging Key Account Manager (KAM) to develop, drive and lead our VIC/TAS regional growth agenda by maximizing the delivery of Nufarm's Customer Value Proposition with Regional Key Accounts through direct ownership of KA plans.

How You'll Help Us Grow
* Develop and execute growth plans with select National Key Accounts, in consultation with the Regional Sales Team to blend long term, strategic growth initiatives with short term executional delivery
* Collaborate effectively as a senior thought leader to shape & execute strategy
* Support the development of compelling Commercial offers and own the implementation alongside the Partner for Growth with select channel partners
* Assist Customer Marketing with the development of national campaigns through participation in the Campaign Council to provide voice of the customer and frontline sales expertise in campaign development.
* Build productive relationships with a broad range of Customers, growers and influencers by tailoring style & approach to relate effectively to different stakeholders within the industry.
* Defining & executing effective initiatives to drive differentiated product growth
* Take ownership & act as a conduit for strategic & operational communications/messaging from the SalesLT to the sales team and deploy professional Customer communications, including presentations, to articulate value propositions, plan for growth & review progress
* Host, support and/or attend local events to develop relationships, deliver key sales and marketing messages and build local market knowledge
* Lead/participate in industry technical events to showcase Nufarm's differentiated portfolio
Could This Be You?
You will bring extensive experience operating in a commercial business to business sales role within a similar agricultural environment. You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a desire to take your career to the next level where your growth can be unearthed developed and supported!
Technical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners, growers and influencers at a national level. You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you're results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.
Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.com) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.
