As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be part of a passionate and capable team dedicated to enriching the lives of young children. You will work collaboratively to plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive educational programs aligned with approved learning frameworks, while building strong relationships with families to support positive outcomes for children.
This role requires emotional resilience, strong time management skills and the ability to respond to the diverse needs of children, families and colleagues in a fast-paced early learning environment.
Essential Requirements
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* Valid Working With Children Check
* Current approved First Aid qualification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
* Approved Child Protection training / Statement of AttainmenT
