We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for assisting management in the organizations continuing effort to deliver an outstanding service experience for our residents. In this role you will take ownership of a broad range of tasks and responsibilities ranging from daily food and beverage service, maintenance and presentation of our Club Lounge and support the coordination of events and activities and assisting with resident enquiries, phone handling and mail distribution.
What we require:
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with a mature clientele
* Hospitality background in Accommodation, Hotel or Airline Club Lounge Services
* Cert III or Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent is desirable
* RSA License
* Barista service qualifications is desirable
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
