Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kidney Care Coordinator to join our team in the Katherine region.

As a Kidney Care Coordinator, you will work closely with healthcare services and Aboriginal health organisations to develop and implement population health strategies that drive positive change.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with local healthcare teams to integrate kidney care initiatives across the Katherine region.
* Staff Development: Provide training and support to clinical staff, enhancing their knowledge of kidney care best practices.
* Quality Improvement: Facilitate continuous quality improvement processes and ensure effective reporting mechanisms are in place to measure programme impact.
* Cultural Sensitivity: Promote culturally appropriate communication and engagement with Aboriginal health workers and communities, fostering strong relationships and trust.
* On-Site Support: Conduct regular visits to provide coaching, technical assistance, and support to local healthcare teams.
* Programme Integration: Embed kidney care principles into staff induction and training programmes, ensuring a seamless integration of new ideas and approaches.
* Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reports and updates to service CEOs and the Menzies project team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
