The role
Cyber Change Manager – Security Uplift Program
Lead organisational change activities across a major cyber security uplift program, supporting successful adoption of new capabilities, processes and ways of working. This role is ideal for an experienced Change Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills, proven change methodology experience and the ability to operate confidently in complex ICT or transformation environments.

Current Baseline clearance required
Essential Tasks:
- Develop and implement change strategies, plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assess organisational change impacts across people, processes and systems.
- Oversee communications, engagement, training and readiness activities.
- Monitor change progress, adoption outcomes, risks and continuous improvement.
Key Criteria:
- Strong experience in change management within complex programs or transformation environments.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influence skills.
- Experience in government, ICT or cyber security environments is desirable.
