We are seeking a motivated and skilled Apprentice Painter to join our team at BHE Painting Co. in the southern highlands, NSW. This is a full‑time role, offering the chance to develop your craft and progress your career in the painting and decorating industry.
What you'll be doing
Assisting experienced painters with all aspects of the painting and decorating process, including surface preparation, application of paints and coatings, and clean‑up.
Gaining hands‑on experience in using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Completing tasks according to project plans, specifications, and industry best practices.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Participating in on‑the‑job training and attending vocational education classes to develop your skills and knowledge.
What we’re looking for
Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in a career in painting and decorating.
Perfect for school leaver or someone wanting to start a new trade.
Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials, or the willingness to learn.
