We are seeking a Membership Services Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our fitness center, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and say goodbye to all members and guests
* Monitor club access to members and non-members
* Answer questions and handle member complaints
* Explain our Judgement Free Zone to all members and non-members
* Take information calls over the phone and take messages
* Give club tours
* Sell memberships and complete membership agreements
* Operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect any balances of past due accounts
* Make appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions
* Organize and maintain the customer service front desk
* Complete daily cleaning zones as assigned by management
* Complete club walk arounds
* Assist with club housekeeping and restock paper products in locker rooms
* Perform beginning and end of day procedures
* Be available to newer team members for questions and guidance
* Complete monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by management
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Fitness or related field
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* WWC (Working with Children) certificate/number from employment commencement date
* National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date
