Responsibilities
* Operate day‐to‐day operations of a high‐volume retail store.
* Implement and maintain high level of merchandising and store presentation standards.
* Manage stock and inventory control.
* Coach and develop team, inspiring them to achieve goals.
* Drive in‐store efficiencies to meet budgeted targets.
* Ensure a safe setting for customers and team.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience of 1 year (preferred).
Schedule
Monday to Friday, rotating roster with weekend availability.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year.
Performance bonus.
