We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy office and team.
This short term temporary role is based in Claremont and requires a detail-orientated individual with excellent organisational skills.

Description
* Provide general administrative support to management and wider office team.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Supporting with internal and external Event organisation and preparation
* Assist with correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries.
* Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
* Ensure the office environment and presentation is organised and professional [includes, kitchen and office upkeep, common areas cleaned]
* Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and errands [this may require off site travel/driving]
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Profile
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have Drivers Licence and access to own car
